Colours, Packing & Delivery.

The LOC-A-BLOC® System products are manufactured to simulate natural materials and are available in five shades of Sandstone, 0 being the palest and 4 the darkest shade. The colour shade four (4) is currently the stocked standard colour. Colours outside this colour will have a 20 day lead time to despatch. Please note that some variation may occur between batches. Special colours can be manufactured on request. (colours below are a guide only).

For non standard colours on standard product there will be a 10% surcharge applied to the recommended retail price of the item PLUS the cost of the oxide.

For the one off manufacture of non-standard products, terms will be POA at which time lead times and purchase conditions will be agreed.

Packing.

All components are packed on standard non-returnable pallets.

Series 400 standard blocks are packed 60 per pallet.
Series 600 standard blocks are packed 18 per pallet.
Series 1800 standard blocks are packed 1 per pallet.

Varying quantities of accessories - depending on type - are packed on pallets.

Delivery.

There is no delivery charge for deliveries on orders of five pallets or more within the Greater Sydney area including the Blue Mountains, Central coast and Newcastle area. Orders of four pallets or less within the above region will attract a delivery fee.

Note small orders within the area will be delivered with other orders, which may cause delays.

For deliveries outside the area a delivery charge will be negotiated at time of order placement.

A repackaging fee will be charged for all entered / picked orders that are changed [By the Customer / Contractor] within 2 working days of the agreed despatch date. The actual despatch date may also vary and these variations will be advised at the time of the change.

If delivery truck has to wait for longer than 1 hour to be unloaded a demurrage charge will apply.

If a delivery cannot be made due to an unsafe delivery site the customer/contractor shall bear the cost of returning blocks to factory site or to an alternative delivery site that is deemed by the delivery driver to be a safe unloading site.
